EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Any items in unopened/original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the returned bedding only, as shipping charges are fees we have paid to delivery companies and are non-refundable.  As we work on the lowest of markups, all returns are subject to return shipping costs.

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges bedding which has been opened. This is for the health and safety of our employees and customers. Thank you for your understanding.
