Shipping rates in Ontario are based on postal code. 

We do offer low flat rate shipping rates (before shipping and tax):

$9.99 Flat rate Shipping on ALL orders

All orders received before 12:00pm are shipped on the same business day. All orders received after 12:00pm are shipped on the next business day. 

Delivery times are generally 1-3 business days within Ontario, depending on your proximity to our Whitby, Ontario warehouse.
